Men's Equipping Breakfast

On Saturday, January 9, at 8:00am there will be a men's breakfast and equipping meeting at Pastor John's house. Elder Brad McMurray will lead the charge to introduce our study of Douglas Wilson's book, Reforming Marriage. Each man attending the breakfast will receive his own copy (one per family), which is to be read before the marriage retreat on February 12, 13. Men who are not attending the marriage retreat should still read the book.
Gentlemen, prepare to be transformed by the renewing of your minds as you consider your crucial role of husband and father in your home.

Merry Christmas!

The Elders of HOFGP wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Here's what we mean:
That you would glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
That you would fully know, trust, obey and worship Him as your Sovereign Creator who rules over all matter, energy and time, your Maker and Redeemer who makes all things new.
That you would rest in your salvation by grace through faith that comes in Christ alone.
That you would direct the steps of your life according to God's inerrant and infallible Word, the sure and sufficient Holy Bible.
That you would be transformed by the renewing of your mind into a fruitful, Great Commission disciple maker and ambassador for Christ.

Again, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
